1. Returns and Refunds
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Eligibility:
Your item must be in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened products can also be returned if they are at least 75% full.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lunafreshshop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send back your product.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Products:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@lunafreshshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges of defective or damaged products.
